Home of the modeling savants....Celebrating forty years of modeling fun, education, and history in 2024!

First up is Scott Herbert: Surprise! It's me. Scott Herbert. This is the last thing I built before moving to Whitehall.  Kitty Hawk 1/48th scale UH-1D "Huey". All paint is Vallejo Model Air. Nothing much significant about the kit. Been enjoying seeing all the others' work. Hopefully I will start producing soon. Moving sucks. Almost all situated again. Cheers.

Doug's second model: This was a fun kit to build. The 1/48 dragon ta-152c painted with model master enamel. Decals from eaglecal. Seatbelts made from paper with photo etch buckles. Weathered with oils and pastels. Fun kit.

Doug Seekman: B-52 As promised, this is the 1/72 AMT/ERTL B-52g painted with hataka orange line lacquer. True details 1/72 f-101 voodoo seats modified with breakers for the top hatches. Decals are from the kit(italeri version). HSAB(heavy stores adapter beam) from Buffmaster design. Wing roots modified to cause wings to droop. Went together similar to the H version completed earlier. Nice kit.

And with that, it's all over!  Jeez...email your model photos!  See ya next week!
