​Here is his Eduard F4F-4 Wildcat painted with AK3G acrylic, Eduard Space 3-D printed interior, Ultracast resin seat, and Starfighter decals.  Stop it Doug. You have proved your point!​

​I’ve been calling him “Sherman” Miller for decades…and today he lived up to his namesake!  This 1/35 Asuka/Tamiya Sherman features a Master Model gun barrel, Value Gear stowage, a Legend sandbag set, and was painted with Ammo by MIG pant and pigments.  Look at those sandbags would you!  So authentic and superbly painted by the Sherman master himself.  Great job, Tom.​  Those sandbags are amazing!

​Here is his 1/48 Bolt Action M6 Greyhound/M20 scout car two ways!  He built it to be playable as either car which required adapting  it with a gun from 1/48th  Revell B-25 and with styrene.  He also replaced the antenna with stretched sprue. ​

​Let’s kick things off with Mr. Prolific, Doug Seekman, who brought in 3 beautiful WWII American aircraft.  Note: all were finished with Mig washes and pastels and all are 1/48.  This is his Tamiya P-47 Razorback painted with Hataka Orange Line lacquer, Quinta Studio 3-D printed interior, Ultracast resin seat, and Furball decals. This guy is so freaking good!​

​Next is his Eduard F6F3 Hellcat which also has a Quinta Studios 3-D printed interior, Ultracast resin seat, Eduard decals, and an Ultracast resin prop!  That’s different.  Awesome!​

​These two models weren’t really kits but Mark Beck wanted to show them off.  He didn’t give me a data sheet so I was lost as soon as he started talking!  Something about they were free and from Temu…isn’t that the place I buy my halter tops????  Thanks, Mark!​


​Let’s wrap things up with the king of the outlaws, Mr. JR Burggren.  This is his latest 1/24 masterpiece, the Sammy Swindell Channel Lock World of Outlaws sprint car.  Built box stock except added pieces to hood to fill gaps, made 0.005” aluminum filler panels behind driver.  Body was painted with Tamiya French blue and the frame with Tamiya Italian red.  Decals are from two kits because they were so old and brittle…kind of like me!  Another flawless job from the boss.​

​Here is a photo of Stan “3-D” Carrier discussing the builds of several spacecraft. Only Stan knows what he is talking about.  But his creativity and workmanship were admired by all!  This guy knows what he is doing!​

​Remember that snot-nosed little kid, Spencer Kosc?  He's all grown up and building fantastic models.  By the way, tragically, Spencer lost both of his grandfathers in a two week span this summer.  Our condolences, Spencer.  Here is his 1/72 Academy A-37 Dragonfly built OOB except the seatbelts were made from Tamiya tape.  Painted freehand with custom mix of Tamiya acrylic.  Ok kit but annoying munitions to clean with many and inconvenient ejector pins that are very deep.  ​
